Fightersoft's timing will be perfect!

Panic in economics, acute financial disturbance, such as widespread bank failures, feverish stock speculation followed by a market crash, or a climate of fear caused by economic crisis or the anticipation of such crisis. Make no mistake – Fightersoft is huge and has a following of big telecoms and corporations who have tested our technology. The fact is we have already entered into many “NDA’S” and over the last few weeks have begun the rigorous task of drawing up contractual agreements around the world for different television company's and telecoms.

Don't panic

Of course; everyone wants to be able to trade Fightersoft shares. But the entire stock market is all a big "panic at the moment." If anyone understands the market place the early 20Th century will tell us all about how we overcome this?

Right now any new story or company on the stock market other than new ways for people to save the money they lost will be completely ignored and over looked. Fightersoft must be released properly and it will be done before Christmas 2008 as lots of preparation has been put in place to handle the enormity of the anticipated base of clients who will be using our technology via worldwide contracts and current agreements. So don’t panic! just breathe easy, our team is focused and doing the right things.

The last official panic -- the Panic of 1907 -- shook the U.S. economy to its core. Wall Street brokerages failed, depositors ran on banks, well-known companies went under, and the market's liquidity was in question. (Sound familiar?) In this instance, J.P. Morgan and friends famously put together $25 million to keep the market afloat -- a role now occupied by the Federal Reserve. By 1909, the Dow Jones index had more than recovered from pre-panic highs. And of course not to be forgotten was the 2007 GSBC fiasco we all suffered through because of greed and egomaniac’s looking for power!

In 1914, the year the Great War began in Europe, the U.S. stock markets actually closed for nearly four months after foreign investors began pulling their money out of U.S. equities en Masses to support the war effort. When it reopened, the market was devalued about 30%, but sustained rallies doubled that opening by the end of 1916. Then, of course, came the Great Depression -- the single most important economic event in U.S. history -- which began with the Crash of 1929 and lasted arguably until the U.S. entered World War II in 1941. In 1932, unemployment hit 24.9%, and more than 9,000 banks failed during the 1930s. And there were no federally insured deposits until the Banking Act of 1933 created the FDIC, so when the bank failed, your money went with it.

In fact, Wall Street's very future -- not to mention the economic model of capitalism -- was in question. For those investors who had both the money and the courage to invest in the 1930s, it paid off. One man famously borrowed money to buy 104 U.S. stocks trading for less than $1 a share in 1939. Talk about investing at the point of maximum pessimism! Four years later, though, his money had quadrupled. His name, of course, was John Templeton.

It's still scary

Don't get me wrong, some of the financial headlines we've seen over the past few months are downright frightening. But it's important to not join the panic and to keep a long-term perspective on market panics, booms, crises, and everything in between. The fact is Fightersoft is about to make a huge impact in the telecom industry and how we all will communicate with each other in the future.

The products work

FS VideoStream is a cutting edge technology that allows both audio & video streaming using any kind of Internet connection available – mobile or fixed connection – on both low and high bandwidths. This streaming technology has been developed over a period four years and is compliant with PCs running any operating system, such as Windows, Mac OS and Linux, and also with handsets that run under almost every mobile operating system.

FS VideoStream can be used on almost all mobile devices using GPRS, EDGE or 3G connections. Users can watch live video, without the need for plug‐ins, buffered streams or other delays, just using the standard web browser which is installed on almost every recent mobile phone. For PC users, our streaming servers can provide close to DVD‐RIP quality at only 384 Kbps. In most parts of the world, this kind of home‐Internet connection is available and affordable to almost anyone.

FS VideoStream is the best available technology for providers of Web TV services, live video reports, Video‐On‐Demand services and streaming video commercials in buses, trains or in shops with using just a 3G card as an Internet connection.

FIGHTERSOFT

Fightersoft Multimedia Corporation is a company leading the way people use their mobile phones and computers to communicate. Taking the next step in advanced technology, Fightersoft allows people to watch TV, show videos, locate friends, find places to buy things and exchange Mobile Multi Messages wherever they are.

With an easiness hardly imagined, everybody on the planet owning a mobile phone or computer can access Fightersoft’s applications and change the way they see their world. Fightersoft technology is being used by mobile operators, TV stations, mobile phone manufacturers and web & mobile portals to offer a new kind of services to their users and generate new revenue out of the way people watch TV, show videos, and locate Friends, find places to buy things and exchange messages

The strongholds of FS Video Stream reside in the fact that it offers the user to view streaming video where and whenever he likes, using almost any type of mobile phone, starting with bandwidths ranging from 8 kbps and up to 3G bandwidth or higher (1 Gb) in case of PCs. In order to use this technology there is no need for plug‐ins, buffered streams or other delayed viewing. A standard mobile phone Internet browser, with one of the standard video players like Real Player or Windows Media Player, is sufficient.

To describe VideoStream’s main feature in general, the streaming engine itself is intelligent due to its flexibility and elasticity dealing with bandwidth variations that are inevitable at most Internet connections. Therefore, if the bandwidth drops for a reason or another, the software adapts to the new conditions and does not disconnect the user but it prioritizes the sound until the bandwidth recovers thus avoiding unpleasant buffering. This is particularly useful when GPRS internet is used for receiving content. In order to receive the streaming content one only needs to use the embedded media player from the handset or in case of PCs Windows Media Player or a specially designed client from us.

The reason that FS Video Stream can go as low as 14 kbps is because of its numerous filters that are regulating the input source, making it more suitable for the actual compression mechanism, thus being able to output a higher quality then normally obtained with a specific codec such as WM V9 or Real. The great thing about FS Video Stream technology is that it is highly customizable and adaptable to specific market and client needs.

In closing be sure everyone is supporting you as a valued client with the Fightersoft Company. I personally look forward to seeing all the Fightersoft products being used by everyone on the planet.
